3 cups sifted all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
⅔ cup melted and cooled butter
4 eggs, separated
2 to 2¾ cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In separate bowl, beat eggs whites on high speed until stiff, but still moist. Beat egg yolks and add to egg whites, add milk. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add melted and cooled butter. Do not over mix. Cook in waffle maker until done. Enjoy!
