1 stick butter
6 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup flour

Optional 1/2 cup chocolate chips or 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees
Line 6 X 10 inch toaster oven pan with parchment paper
Melt butter in microwave
Add cocoa,powder, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and flour, MIXING after each ingredient:
Pour in prepared pan
Bake for 25 minutes

If desired, stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and/or 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
