3-4 squares of Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp butter or vegetable shortening
4 cups sifted confectioner's sugar
⅛ tsp salt
7 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt unsweetened chocolate and water over hot water
Blend confectioner's sugar, salt, milk and vanilla together
Add hot chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture and mix well
Let stand, stirring occasionally, until the right consistency to spread on a cake
Makes enough for two 9 inch layers
