3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
10 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. finely chopped almonds
2 c. coconut

Gluten-free/dairy-free:
3/4 c. butter substitute
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. finely chopped almonds
3 c. coconut + more as needed (or extra gf graham cracker crumbs as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt first 3 ingredients in a pot over low heat.
2) Add eggs and stir to cook and thicken.
3) Remove from heat.
4) Stir in remaining ingredients.
5) Press ingredients into 11x13 baking dish.

1 c. butter
5 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cream
4 tbsp. vanilla custard powder
4 c. icing sugar
vanilla extract to taste

Gluten-free/dairy-free:
1 c. butter substitute
5 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cream substitute
4 tbsp. vanilla custard powder
4 c. icing sugar
vanilla extract to taste

Directions:

1) Cream all ingredients together until light.
2) Spread evenly over base layer.

10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz. butter

Gluten-free/dairy-free:
10 oz. dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz. butter substitute

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat.
2) Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3) Once cool, spread evenly over the filling.
4) Put in the refrigerator and cut into squares once cool.
