Directions:1) Melt first 3 ingredients in a pot over low heat. 2) Add eggs and stir to cook and thicken. 3) Remove from heat. 4) Stir in remaining ingredients. 5) Press ingredients into 11x13 baking dish. |

Gluten-free/dairy-free: 1 c. butter substitute 5 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cream substitute 4 tbsp. vanilla custard powder 4 c. icing sugar vanilla extract to taste

Directions:1) Cream all ingredients together until light. 2) Spread evenly over base layer. |

Directions:1) Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat. 2) Remove from heat and allow to cool. 3) Once cool, spread evenly over the filling. 4) Put in the refrigerator and cut into squares once cool. |
