1 Egg White
¾ c. Sugar
1 ½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Water
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Cloves
2 c. Whole nuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
-Beat egg white to stiff peaks
-Combine spices, sugar, and water in a second bowl
-Pour nuts into beaten egg whites, toss to coat
-The pour nuts into spice mixture. Toss again
-Spread onto greased cookie sheet, separating nuts.
-Toast in 275º oven for 30 min. Cool.
-Separate nuts again if necessary.
-Store up to 1 month in an airtight container.
