¾ c. Butter at room temp.
½ c. Peanut Butter
¼ c. Granulated Sugar
¾ c. Brown Sugar
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 ¾ c. of Flour
½ tsp. Salt
1 Jar of Jelly
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350º
-Beat together butter and peanut butter until fluffy
-Add ¼ c. granulated sugar and brown sugar, beat until smooth
-Beat in egg and vanilla
-Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, sift into the peanut butter mixture. Mix until uniform and smooth
-Pull pieces of dough and roll between your hands to for 1 in. balls. Roll balls in remaining sugar.
-Place cookie balls on a greased cookie sheet 2 in. apart. Make an indentation on each ball with your thumb, fill the indentation with
approximately ¼ tsp. of jelly.
-Bake for 12-15 min. until golden brown on the edges.
-Cool on wire rack.
