c. Butter
1 - 1 c. Dark Brown Sugar
2 T. Water
2 c. Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
2 - 2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
tsp. Salt
1 Packages of Andes Mints

-In a saucepan mix butter, sugar, water, and chocolate chips until melted
-Place in a large bowl and cool for 10 min.
-With a mixer on high speed, beat in eggs just until blended.
-Batter will be soft
-Cool for 1 hour
-Bake on foil or parchment paper for 12 min. at 350
-Remove from oven and place mint on top. Wait a few min. and spread with a spoon
-Nonpareil candies can be used as decoration on top. Bought at Priscilla's
