This recipe can be modified to specific taste, this is the base line recipe.

3 chicken breasts, white meat is preferred
1/2 cup to 3/4 cups of chopped pecans
1 cup to 1 1/2 green or red seedless grapes, cut in 1/4ths
start with 1/2cup of Hellmanns Mayonnaise (may have to add more depending on how dry the chicken)
salt & pepper

Directions:
Boil chicken in salted water, cook until tender about 20-30mins. chop chicken in bite size pieces. Combine chicken, pecans, grapes & mayonnaise in large bowl. Mix well. Add enough mayonnaise to keep all ingredients together. add pepper to taste.

add chopped gala apples
toasted almond slices
walnuts
food process the chicken instead of chop
