1 box elbow noodles
1 can of evaporated milk
1 12oz of velveeta cheese cut in cubes
2 cup Colby/Monterey Jack Shredded cheese
1 stick butter cut into cubes
2 and 1/4 cup of milk
2 tsp salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 pound of elbow noodles drain them, put in an oven safe container, stir all other ingredients and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
