2 Cups fresh basil, washed with stems removed
3 Tbsp. pine nuts or walnuts
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2/3 Cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the nuts in a small skillet in the butter. Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.
