½ cup coconut oil
½ cup chopped 75 percent cocoa chocolate (7-8 squares)
⅔ cup coconut sugar
3 eggs lightly beaten
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
½ cup cocoa powder
⅔ cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pre-heat oven to 350F.
In medium bowl melt oil and chocolate pieces in microwave (about 45 - 60 seconds). Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
In a larger bowl mix flour, cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
Add wet ingredients to dry and spread into parchment lined dish.

Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.

These will satisfy your chocolate cravings and are very nutritious. I use Lindt 85% cocoa bar chocolate and dark chocolate chips. I use a 7x11 inch dish which makes about 16 bars depending on how big you cut them.
