3 lbs Oxtail
3 cloves garlic, smashed
2 Tbsp Oil
6 cups beef broth
2 large potatoes, diced
3 stalks celery, cut 1"
4 large carrots, sliced
1 large Red Onion, sliced

Spices:
1 tsp fennel seed
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp tumeric
5 star anise points

1. Cut Oxtail into 1-2 inch pieces

2. Brown Oxtail with garlic in oil in frying pan. Pour into crockpot.

3. Add beef broth, potatoes, celery, carrots, red onion.

4. Add all spices.

5. Slow cook in crockpot for 6 hours.
