2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup molasses
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine four, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and brown sugar. Heat butter and molasses until melted. Add soda then stir in buttermilk and egg. Then stir in flour. Bake in waffle iron.
