1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 c Rice
1-½ t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
2 T Minced Onions
2 T Oil
1 can Cream of Tomato Soup
1 can Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together and form into balls.

Brown in oil and add soup and water.

Cook for 10 minutes on high pressure in electric pressure cooker (or 5 minutes in Stove Pressure Cooker at 10 pressure, after gauge jiggles),

Immediately release pressure (or reduce pressure by cooling Stove Cooker under faucet).

Thicken gravy if desired.
