3 1/4 c. flour
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream butter, sugar, and cream cheese til smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in powder, soda, flour, cream of tartar, and salt. Place round balls of dough on ungreased cookie and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Keep dough chilled.
