1 Package Active Dry Yeast
1 c. Warm Water
4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. White Sugar
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Egg, Beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine 4 cups bread flour, sea salt,and white sugar.
The yeast mixture, add olive oil, and egg; stir well to combine. Combine with dry ingredient.
Mix well until a stiff dough has formed. Knead on a heavily floured board until smooth and elastic.
Put dough in a greased bowl with olive oil. Cover and rise until doubled in volume, about 1 hour in a warm place.
