2lb Chicken with bone and skin
1 tsp Onion Powder
1\4 cp Butter
1 cp sliced Mushrooms
4 cps Chicken Broth
1\4 tsp Celery Salt
1\2 tsp Salt
1\2 tsp Black Pepper
1 can Cream of Chicken
2 cps White Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken and Onion Powder in large pot filling with water to cover chicken
2. Boil Chicken about 30 minutes or until no longer pink inside
3. Saute mushrooms in butter over medium low heat
4. Once chicken is done place chicken in a dish to cool
5. Keep water you boiled chicken in for the broth
6. Once chicken is cool remove skin and debone
7. Pour chicken broth in large pot
8. Add salt, Black Pepper, Celery Salt, Cream of Chicken, and mushrooms
9. After broth mixature comes to a boil; add rice and cover with lid
10. Cook on low for 20 minutes
11. Stir and serve
