1 stick of butter
1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
1/4 tsp pepper
1 quart of half & half
1 Tblsp parsley
1 Tblsp old bay
1 lb of crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy pan.
Stir in flour and blend until smooth.
Slowly stir in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
Slowly stir in half & half and milk, stirring until thickened.
Add parsley, seafood, old bay, and crab meat.
Heat throughly over low heat.
