1lb. Large peeled and devined shrimp
12 oz. Angel hair pasta
2 1/2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. Grated lemon zest
1/4tsp. Crushed red pepper
kosher salt
1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. Fresh flat -leaf parsley
2 Tbsp. Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 c. of the pasta water.
Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Meanwhile, heat the oil and 2 Tbsp. Butter in a large skillet
over medium heat. add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 min. Add the shrimp, lemon zest, crushed
red pepper and ½ tsp. Salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are opaque throughout, 3 to 5 mins : stir in lemon juice. Toss the pasta with the shrimp mixture, parsley, remaining ½ Tbsp. Butter and ½ c. of the reserved pasta water
( Adding more if the pasta seems dry ). Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
