3-4 lb. Chicken, cut in suitable serving sized pieces
1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Shortening
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 tsp. Curry powder
2 (4 oz.) cans Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Dry White Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken with flour, Lawry’s Salt and pepper. Let stand on a baking rack for 4-5 minutes. Melt shortening in large skillet and brown chicken. Remove chicken to casserole pan. Whisk soup, wine, curry powder and mushrooms into skillet, stirring scraping to loosen drippings. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1-hour.

Option: Mix in 1-can French cut green beans to skillet mix prior to pouring over the chicken.
