3-4 lb. Chicken, cut in suitable serving sized pieces
1/4 cup Flour
1-1/2 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 Stick Butter or Shortening
1-1/2 cup Milk

Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix all dry ingredients. Dredge chicken in the mix, shake off excess and let stand on a baking rack for 4-5 minutes. Melt butter (or heat shortening) in large skillet and brown chicken. Transfer to shallow baking dish. Add milk to the skillet. Heat, stirring and scraping to until all brown bits are loosened from the bottom. Pour over chicken, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1-hour, or until tender.
