½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups flour


1 cup oil
1 cup water
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 cups brown sugar
4 eggs

1 cup chopped pecans


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour 9x5x3 loaf pans

Sift dry ingredients together
Combine wet ingredients
Stir together the dry and wet ingredients.
Add pecans

Pour into pans.
Bake 1 hour
