3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 ½ cup sifted flour
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2 tsp soda
2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups canned pumpkin



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour:
four 7x3x3 loaf pans
OR
two 9x5x3 loaf pans

Cream together sugar oil and eggs.
Add all the rest ingredients.
Pour into pans.

Bake small loaf pans 1 hour
Bake large loaf pans 80 minutes
