3 eggs beaten
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cooking oil
3 tsps maple flavoring
2 tsps soda
2 cups coarsely shredded, peeled packed zucchini ( about 3 medium)
½ tsp baking powder
2 tsps salt
½ cup wheat germ
2½ cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour two 9x5x3 loaf pans

Beat together eggs, sugars, oil and maple flavoring until foamy and thick.
Stir in zucchini.
Add soda, baking powder, salt, wheatgerm and flour. Mix well.
Add nuts and spoon batter into pans.
Sprinkle tops with sesame seeds.

Bake for 1 hour, or until it tests done.
Cool in bread pans for 10 minutes before turning out.
