2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup shortening
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup buttermilk
½ tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1 cup cranberries


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour four small loaf pans

Mix and don’t stir too heavily.
Divide into the 4 pans
Bake for 30 – 40 minutes
Cool, turn out on rack. – wrap in foil or freeze.
Serve warm with butter.
