3 cups flour
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups chopped cranberries
1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp grated orange peel
3 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1/3 cup oil


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease two 9x5x3 loaf pans

In a large bowl mix first 4 ingredients with a fork.
Stir in cranberries, walnuts and orange peel.
In a small bowl beat eggs slightly, stir in milk and oil.
Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until moistened.
Spoon into pans.
Bake 60 – 65 minutes until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes then turn out on wire racks
