3 cups flour
1 ½ cup chopped pecans
1 ¼ cup sugar
5 tsps baking powder
1 ½ tsps. salt
1/3 cup oil
grated peel of one large orange
3 eggs
1 ½ cups milk


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan

In a large bowl mix the first six ingredients.
In a medium bowl mix eggs slightly with a fork, then stir in milk and oil.
Stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened.

Pour into loaf pan
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes
Cool 15 minutes before turning out.
