2 cups flour
¾ cup sugar
3 tsps baking powder
1 tsp salt rolled oats
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup diced Italian Purple plums
2 well-beaten eggs
1 cup milk
¼ cup oil


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt soda and cinnamon.
Add oats and plums; stir to coat plums.
Combine eggs, milk and oil.
Add to flour mixture stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on wire rack.
Wrap in foil to store.
