3 ½ cups sifted flour
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups canned crushed pineapple and juice
1 ½ cups chopped nuts


Topping:
4 Tbsps sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6 Tbsp soft butter
1 ½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a loaf pan

Sift together first four ingredients.
Cream butter and sugar and then beat in eggs
Stir half of flour mix, then pineapple, then rest of flour mixture.

Pour into loaf pan

Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top

Bake for 50 – 60 minutes until done.

Cool in pan before turning out on rack.
