12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Half and Half creamer, optional
Paprika, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks and mash with fork.
Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
I add a splash of Half and Half to make the mixture creamier. This is optional and to taste. Add as much or as little as you like.

Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Sprinkle with Paprika.
Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
