1 Block Cream Cheese, softened
About 1/4 lb of ham. (Prefer Mom's KY Legend Ham)
1 small onion
Hot Sauce-3 drops

Directions:
Using a food processor - chop/dice the ham. Set aside.
Using a food processor - chop/dice 1/2 of small onion (or to taste) *
Put cream cheese in mixing bowl. Add the onion, and most of the ham. Reserve a small portion of ham to garnish the top of cheese ball. Add 3 drops hot sauce..

Mix all in mixer until blended well.

Tear off a piece of saran wrap (about 1 1/2' long) and lay flat on counter.
Put the mixed ingredients in the middle of saran wrap. Shape into a ball. Sprinkle reserved ham on top.
Bring all corners of wrap up and secure in the center - holding the shape. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

OR - you can put in decorative bowl - sprinkling reserved ham on top.

TIPS:

It taste's better if it sets for a couple of hours so the flavors marry.

*I like to use a food processor for the onion because it creates onion juice too - which helps to flavor.
