Baking the Turkey...

1. Bake the turkey in a Reynold'sİ Cooking bag with very simple seasoning:
rub with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. Stuff the turkey with onion and celery; bake as directed.

Reserve pan drippings to make the gravy.
 

Making the Gravy...

2-3 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour

1. Strain the drippings, saut'e the flour and butter until they are dark golden brown.
2. Slowly add the drippings and broth, shisking until smooth.
3. Simmer for five minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
5. Add small pieces of turkey meat (or giblets).
