2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp fresh chopped dill
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers in bowl and sprinkle with salt. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Pour off liquid but do not rinse. Combine vinegar, water, sugar and dill in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat just until the sugar is dissolved. Add onion to cucumbers. Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers. Toss to combine. Refrigerate over night.
