1 cup basil
1 shredded zucchini
1/3 cup parmesan
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup olive oil
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend basil, zucchini, parmesan, pine nuts well together. Continue blending after adding garlic clove, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Pulse in olive oil until smooth; season with salt.
