1 Cup Cubed Cooked Chicken
2 T Butter
¼ C Flour
4 C Chicken Broth
1 Pint Half and Half
1 C Cooked Wild Rice (Or White Rice)
1 Package Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
Salt and Pepper as Desired

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter. Blend in flour gradually and add the broth stirring constantly with a wire whisk until mixture thickens slightly. Stir in the cooked rice, cooked chicken, mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer about 5 minutes. Blend in half and half. Heat it all to serving temperature.
