2 lbs. Beef Sirloin Tip, cut into 1” cubes
2 Tbsp. Shortening
10 oz. can Condensed Beef Consommé
1/2 cup Burgundy or Pinot Noir Wine
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Onion Salt
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Cold Water
4 cups Rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Beef brown with butter in cast iron skillet. Stir in consommé, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onion salt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1-hour or until the meat is tender.

Blend flour and cup water. Gradually add, stirring constantly, until thickened and boiling. Boil for 1-minute. Serve over rice.
