2-1/2 lbs. Sirloin, cut into 1/4” thick, bite-sized, strips
1/4 cup Flour
2-3 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 med. Onion, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. Parsley, fine chopped
1 Clove Garlic
1 Bay leaf
6 oz. Whole Mushrooms, drained
1 cup Burgundy Wine
1/4 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Coat sirloin strips with flour. In large skillet, and in manageable bunched, brown meat in melted butter; remove and set aside. Add onions, parsley, garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Stir in mushrooms, wine and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 1-hour or until tender. Add more water during cooking if necessary. Remove bay leaf and serve over rice.
