Meat Sauce:
2 lbs. Ground Beef
2-3 Tbsp. Butter
1 Clove, minced
1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. Basil
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
16 oz. can Tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans Tomato Paste

10 oz. pkg. Lasagna Noodles

Cottage Cheese Mixture:
12-oz. cartons Small Curd Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped

1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, grated

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Cook noodles in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Or use Oven Ready noodles

Brown meat in butter and skim off fat. Add next 7 ingredients and simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick.

Combine cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients.

Spread 1/2 of meat mix over bottom of pan, then a layer of noodles, then a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat this process, then top with parmesan cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool for 10-15minutes before serving.
