1 pkg. Frozen Hash Browns
2 cans Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom Soup
12 oz. tub Sour Cream
1 stick Butter
1 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoned, or to taste
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, or to taste
1 med. Onion, finely diced
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Topping:
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1-1/2 cup Potato Chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, melted butter, soup, sour cream, onions, salt pepper and cheese. Mix in potatoes and pour into buttered baking dish (9”x13”). Melt 1/2 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours, or until browned on top. (The longer you bake, the better it becomes.)

For last 30 minutes, spread crushed potato chips over top and drizzle melted butter over top.
