4 cups Cooked Ham, cubed
1 cup Green Pepper, chopped
2 med. Onions, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
5-6 cans Cream of Celery Soup
6 med. Potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
1/2 cup Toasted Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir together meat, green pepper, onion and soup in bowl. In casserole dish, spread 1/2 soup mixture; top with potatoes; then remaining soup mix. Cover and bake about 90 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Toss Crumbs with melted butter. Remove cover and sprinkle the crumbs on top. Bake another 15 minutes uncovered.
