2 lbs. Ground Chuck
4 Tbsp. Butter
1 med. Onion, sliced
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Catsup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp. Cayenne or Red Pepper (or merely Black Pepper to avoid the heat)
1-1/2 cup Water

2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Water
3-4 cups Noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown beef in butter. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, mustard, paprika, cayenne and 1-1/2 cup water. Simmer 2-3 minutes.

Blend flour and cold water; gradually add to mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened and boiling. Boil for 1-minute. Serve over noodles.

(Optionally, add noodles to mixture; simmer for 10-15 minutes and serve as a casserole dish.)
