Garlic oil
Rub ingredients:
3 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
3 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. seasoning salt
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic plus
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano

2 racks baby back ribs
1/2 C. barb-b-q sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut any excess fat or loose meat from ribs
Rinse the ribs in cold water, pat dry with paper towel
Rub both sides of the ribs with garlic oil
Combine all rub ingredients mixing thoroughly
Rub the ribs with rub mixture coating both sides evenly, let any excess fall off
Cover ribs with plastic wrap and set aside for 30-60 minutes
Place each rack of ribs in foil and wrap tightly
Preheat bar-b-q to medium heat (350º -400º)
Place both foil packets on bar-b-q and cook bone side down for 35-40 minutes
Turn ribs over to meat side down for anther 10 minutes
Remove ribs from barb-b-q; shut off 2 inside burners going to indirect heat or lower heat to 300º
Remove ribs from foil and return to bar-b-q bone side up over indirect heat; brush on bar-b-q sauce and cook for 5 minutes
Turn the ribs over ,brush bar-b-q sauce on meat side, cook on indirect heat for another 5 minutes
