1Ib Chicken and Spinach Sausage Sliced
1Ib Penne Pasta
3Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 small Onion
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan


Directions:

Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water until al dente, drain. Saute Sausage, onion, and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until onions are translucent and sausage is warmed through, about 5 minutes. Add to pasta. Season with pine nuts and spices. Sprinkle with cheese.
