2 cups flour
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup oleo, softened
1 cup mashed, very ripe bananas (about 3)
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
Cream sugar, eggs and oleo together. Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla and beat until smooth, Add dry ingredients. Batter will be thick. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter in pan and bake for 25 to 28 minutes until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool before cutting. Store in air-tight container.
