2 tsp. White or Rice Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large saucepan, 2/3-filled with water, to boil. Add vinegar and boil again. Reduce bare simmer.

Crack each egg at into small bowls and gently slide all into simmering water one egg at a time after stirring water vigorously to create a vortex. Once eggs begins to solidify. Turn off heat and let eggs poach for 3-4 minutes. Gently, remove eggs with slotted spoon and set onto dish.
