12 oz rotini pasta or similar
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
4 cups torn romaine lettuce (or similar)
guacamole
1 /12 cups shredded Mexican 4 cheese blend (or similar)
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 can sliced rupe olives, drained
3 cups tortilla chips

1. Cook pasta approx 12 minutes, or until done

2. Drain pasta, rinse with cold water, drain well. In medium bowl stir together spices, oil, and water. Stir in pasta, beans and corn

3. In 4-quart glass salad bowl (this allows the layers to show) layer lettuce, then pasta mixture. Spread guacamole evenly over top. Sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes, top with olives.

4. Just before serving, arrange chips around edge of bowl.
