1/2 cup shortening

1 1/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

6 tbsp molasses

1 3/4 cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

2 cups regular oats

1/2 cup nuts (we like raisins)

1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and eggs. Add 2 eggs. Add molasses. Combine dry ingredients then add to batter. Add oats, nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

Bake 400º oven 8 to 10 minutes.
