1 lb. fresh salmon

Marinate:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cumin
4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp. lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate salmon in pineapple & lemon juice for about 1 hour. Discard marinade. Mix together remaining ingredients & spread on meat side of salmon. Grill skin side down @ 400 approximately 12 minutes or until done. This depends on the thickness of salmon.
