Crust:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup cold butter

Filling:
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb, unthawed






Topping:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press in the bottom of a 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Combine all filling ingredients; blend well. Pour over partially baked crust. Combine all topping ingredients; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Return pan to oven and bake for an additional 45 to 55 minutes or until topping is light golden brown and rhubarb is tender.
