4 Pork Chops
1/2 tsp. Sage Crushed
1/2 tbsp. Garlic minced
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Onion small, sliced and separated into rings
2 Apples, cored and cut into thin wedges
1 c. Apple Juice
1 tsp. Sugar Brown
1 tbsp. Water
2 tsp. Cornstarch
2 c. Brown Rice cooked per package

Prepare Brown rice as directed per package. Trim fat from chops. Rub sage onto both sides of pork chops. Add olive oil, and garlic to large skillet. Preheat skillet to med-high heat. Cook chops for 5 minutes. Turn chops and add onions. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes more or till no pink remains. Remove chops; keep warm.

For sauce, in same skillet mix onion, apple wedges, apple juice, and brown sugar. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes or till apples are crisp-tender.

Combine water and cornstarch. Add to skillet mixture. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Serve pork chops and apple mixture with brown rice, Enjoy
